The niyamas are: Saucha (purity) Santosa (contentment) Tapas (willpower, self-discipline, self-purification) Svadhyaya (self-study) Isvarapranidhana (the yoga of devotion) This month at Paxson Yoga Center we are focused on self-study, Svadhyaya.
