Q: I’m using Safari browser and having difficulty doing anything in MindBody.
A: We recommend using Google Chrome for MindBody. Chrome seems to be more stable than either Safari or Firefox.
Q: Can I use the same link to join the same class each week?
A: No, each week you will need to sign up for the class you want to attend to receive your link.
Q: When will I receive the link to my class?
A: The link will be sent out when you BOOK the class and again 24 hours before class begins. (If you do not receive the link in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder)
Q: I see a message that I am “waiting for the host to start the meeting.” What’s going on?
A: One of two things could be happening: You might be early. Teachers begin the class about 15 minutes before class time starts. And while you’re waiting, make sure that you’re trying to access the right class. Each Zoom link is specific to the class. The pop up window will say “LEVEL with TEACHER on DAY at TIME” at the top. Check to see that the class you’re trying to get into is the one that’s happening.
