Our Special Focus classes will be taught in the studio and online over Zoom, the same hybrid system as our Term classes. Special Focus classes will be recorded and students will have access to the recording for a month.

Mindfulness dates back to Ancient Eastern religious philosophy, but has become increasingly popular as a secular stress-reduction practice in the West. Research supports the physical, mental, emotional, and social benefits of Mindfulness. In this workshop, we will discuss what it is, how to practice Mindfulness through our movements in yoga, and how to take it off the mat into your life.

Appropriate for all levels.

Props: blocks, strap, blanket and chair
