We are so grateful for the continued support of our wonderful community as we have refined our online teaching. Thanks to your feedback and a thorough set of re-opening guidelines, we are pleased to offer limited mat spaces in the studio for just about half of our Fall Term classes.

All classes will still be taught over Zoom, streamed live. Those that are Zoomed from the studio will be limited to 5-7 students to accommodate state distancing guidelines. Because of the space limitations, we are not able to offer in-studio makeups. Just like Spring Term, we’ll send you the recording of the class within a few days.

Opportunities for In-Person Studio Practice

We have a few spots open in most of our in-person classes, which we are happy to offer to you on a drop-in basis. If you are interested in attending your Fall Term class in person as your schedule allows, sign up just like you would a regular drop-in class. We recommend signing up at least a day in advance to ensure there is space for you. Registration will close an hour before class begins.

You may only drop in to the class you are registered for. These classes are not meant to serve as makeups.

Reservations for these spaces must be made by signing up at the bottom of this page or through Mindbody.

What to Expect with In-Person Classes

This has been a carefully thought out process that is still evolving. We are implementing enhanced health and safety measures to protect our students and teachers.

Please read this document about what to expect in the studio.

Some of these precautions include:

~ A health questionnaire will be sent via email before each class. Completion is required before attending class.
~ Students must bring their own yoga mat and props. Chairs will be provided and will be sanitized after each class.
~ Students and teachers must wear a mask while inside the building. If you don’t have a mask, you may purchase one when you arrive.
~ Sanitizing stations will be in place.
~ All classrooms and common areas will be cleaned before and after each class.
~ Social distancing must be practiced at all times.
~ One-way entry and exits will be marked throughout the building.
~ Practice spaces will be marked in the studio.
~ The teacher will not move about the room, and there will be no hands-on adjustments.
~ Please bring minimal personal belongings with you.
