Q: I’m using Safari browser and having difficulty doing anything in MindBody.
A: We recommend using Google Chrome for MindBody. Chrome seems to be more stable than either Safari or Firefox.
Q: Can I use the same link to join the same class each week?
A: No, each week you will need to sign up for the class you want to attend to receive your link.
Q: When will I receive the link to my class?
A: The link will be sent out when you BOOK the class and again 24 hours before class begins. (If you do not receive the link in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder)
Q: I see a message that I am “waiting for the host to start the meeting.” What’s going on?
A: One of two things could be happening: You might be early. Teachers begin the class about 15 minutes before class time starts. And while you’re waiting, make sure that you’re trying to access the right class. Each Zoom link is specific to the class.
Q: How do I know my camera or microphone are working?
A: If you are curious about video and microphone settings, Zoom has a test meeting you can experiment with: zoom.us/test and step-by-step instructions for getting started and troubleshooting: here. For tips about taking our classes, click here.
In the interactive calendar below, across from “Find a Class” is a link that says “My Account”. You can log in to MindBody there and see what you’re signed up for, see how many classes you have left on your pass, or cancel your class ahead of time if your plans change.
