In-Person Practice has resumed.

With the recent uptick in Covid cases and hospitalizations, we are asking students, teachers and practitioners to wear a mask while at our studio. If you wish to join us in the studio, you will be required to show proof of vaccination as well.

You may continue to practice with us on Zoom if that better suits your comfort level.

We appreciate your willingness to do whatever needs to be done to ensure the safety and health of our student and staff population.

Throughout the year, we offer classes on a drop-in basis. These 90-minute classes are simplified levels and open to all students.

You may pay and check in when you arrive for class. If you prefer to sign up ahead of time, scroll to the bottom of the page to register with the interactive calendar or jump to the registration section.

We offer Simplified Levels for DROP-IN CLASSES:

BEGINNING: Levels 1 & 2

ADVANCED BEGINNING: Levels 2, 2-3 & 3

INTERMEDIATE: Levels 3-4, 4-5, & Athletes 3-4

You may use your Drop-In Passes (previously called Summer/Holiday Passes) or pay for a single Drop-In class.

The 5-, 10-, and 20- class passes expire a year from the date of purchase.

You may purchase Class Passes in the following amounts:

Single Class Pass . . . $18

5 Class Pass . . . $85

10 Class Pass . . . $160

20 Class Pass . . . $300

If you wish to mail a check, indicate which pass you’d like and we will add it to your account. Otherwise, payments are accepted by credit card on our website or when you BOOK using the schedule links on this page.

Drop-In Cancellation Policy

Drop-In class purchases are not refundable. If you wish to cancel, you must do so at least one hour before the start time, or your purchase will be applied to the class.



Step 1: CHOOSE A CLASS from our schedule and ‘BOOK’ the class.

Step 2: Create a MINDBODY account and password or if you are a current student select ‘Need New Password’.

Step 3: SELECT YOUR CLASS again, choose the Class Pass amount and PAY.

Step 4: You will receive a confirmation email.

Step 2: LOG IN to your MINDBODY account with your username and password.

Step 3: SELECT YOUR CLASS and the class will be deducted from your account.

Step 4: You will receive a confirmation email.


Q: I’m using Safari browser and having difficulty doing anything in Mindbody. 
We recommend using Google Chrome for Mindbody, which seems to be more stable than either Safari or Firefox.

In the interactive calendar below, across from “Find a Class” is a link that says “My Account”. You can log in to Mindbody there and see what you’re signed up for, see how many classes you have left on your pass, or cancel your class ahead of time if your plans change.

Use the funnel symbol to filter by date, teacher, level, etc.

Only the current week’s classes will be seen unless you use the calendar to select a future date.If you wish to make a recurring reservation, we find using the full Mindbody site allows you to do so.
