We are hosting a passive plant swap the week of April 20, so get your starts, propagations, extra plants or plants you would like to find a new home for.
A table will be set up in the front lobby for the exchange of plants. You may take as many as you bring for an equal exchange (or just drop some off if you want to share!) Plants must be labeled and in a small container for easy transport.

Book: How We Live Is How We Die by Pema Chödrön
General updates / reminders:
All meetings will be hybrid now. You are welcome to drop in just to say hello and listen in if you are curious, even if you have not read the book.
The book club will focus on yoga practice, philosophy, meditation and related topics. Club members can propose ideas.
Each meeting will kick off with a short overview of the book, so you can attend even if you haven’t finished the book, but reading the book is encouraged as it will lead to a better discussion.
Sundays,
June 14,
July 12,
August 16
9:00 am
Open to all
Caroline Klug & Denise Jones
Free
If you’re a standup paddle boarder and would like to explore SUP yoga, consider joining Caroline, Denise, and fellow PYC students on the Willamette River in the studio’s “backyard” this summer.
These are not intended to be classes, but rather opportunities to play, share, inspire each other, and maybe see some wildlife.
The group will gather and be ready to paddle at 9:00 am at the Willamette Park boat ramp. Signup on the website under About, then Community Events for these free outings! Pre-registration is encouraged in case a cancellation has to be made.
Please bring your own board, paddle, leash, and PFD. A small anchor is also helpful if you have one. Participants should be comfortable paddling up to 1-2 miles roundtrip.
